About the speakers:

Dr. Limor Kaufman is a certified coach, organizational consultant and psychologist. She specializes in cross cultural alignment and the challenges of innovation for businesses and entrepreneurs.  She is a graduate of New York University and Faculty at Adelphi University, the School of Visual Arts, and Israeli Leadership Institute, and a 2010, 2015 awards recipient for her writings and teaching on the psychology of creativity. Shira Ronen is a certified executive coach and leadership development facilitator. Ms. Ronen is the founder & CEO of Spectrum Consulting. She specializes in coaching high-potential executives in transition, including on-boarding, promotions and fast-paced growth. Shira holds an MBA from New York University and a BA from Tel Aviv University. Prior to coaching, she worked as a management consultant at McKinsey, focusing on strategy, organization alignment and marketing.
