About the speakers:

 

Ofer Druker, CEO of Taptica

Ofer Druker is the current CEO of Taptica International, a global leader in advertising technologies with operations in more than 60 countries. He recently oversaw the acquisition of RhythmOne, which will combine its resources with Taptica’s Tremor Video DSP to create one of the largest video advertising companies in the market.

Leveraging his experience and substantial network built over almost two decades of operating in the industry, Ofer continues to grow strategic partnerships in order to provide premier innovations and digital solutions to advertisers around the world.

Prior to CEO of Taptica, Ofer was the Executive Chairman of Tremor Video DSP. He also served as CEO of Matomy Media Group Ltd, a global media company with a portfolio of data-driven platforms for mobile, domain, video and email advertising, which he co-founded in 2007. Ofer has also held senior roles at Soho Digital International and Cydoor Desktop Media, which were pioneering digital media companies

Ofer is a graduate of Tel Aviv University.

Yaniv Nissim, CEO & Co-Founder GoParrot

GoParrot CEO and Founder, Yaniv Nissim is a serial entrepreneur who has started tech companies in the restaurant and fashion space. He has a diverse background with over a decade of experience in finance, private equity, product management and R&D. Yaniv has spent time as a senior developer at IBM, a product manager at Followap and as an officer at 8200, the elite intelligence technology unit of the Israeli army. He holds an MBA from IDC Herzliya and graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Computer Science from Technion Israel.

 


 

Eli Singer, CEO, JethoData

Eli is an experienced entrepreneur combining executive skills with deep technical background and sales savvy. Over the past 20 years Eli lead Israeli based startups including JethroData, WebCollage and Memco. In his most recent role, Eli is the co-founder and CEO of JethroData, a software company providing big data technologies.


 

Pini Yakuel, CEO of Optimove

Pini Yakuel is founder and CEO of Optimove, provider of the Science-First Relationship Marketing Hub. Pini’s extensive experience in analytics-driven marketing, business consulting, sales and his innovative approaches to entrepreneurship and business-building have earned him recognition as a thought leader. Pini has led Optimove to become a market leader, with hundreds of brands using his company’s software and services to orchestrate and automate highly-effective personalized CRM.

 

Colin Diamond, Parnter at White & Case

Colin Diamond is a partner at White & Case concentrating on securities transactions, public mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representations.  Colin has significant experience in connection with registered equity offerings, convertible and high yield bond offerings and ADR programs. He has worked on a large number of IPOs, including the IPO of Visa Inc., then the largest IPO in US history.

Colin's work also includes counseling the boards and audit committees of public companies on disclosure issues, corporate governance practices, and Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank compliance. In addition, he represents publicly traded companies in complying with their obligations under the US securities laws, including preparation of annual, quarterly and periodic reports, proxy statements and SEC no-action letters on a variety of topics.
